**Responsibilities:**

* **Helping to finalize and closed all car deals.**

* Following up with sales reps and customers

* Helping to evaluate trades.

* Train your sales rep and build a sales team

* Assist with weekly sales meetings

* Must keep out CSI at a high level according to Honda guidelines

* Work with leases and retail deals.

* Must be able to perform "closer" duties with customers and T/O's

* Must be experienced with Special Finance.

* Must manage processes within the dealership and enforce all policies and regulations.

* Maintain vehicle inventory, create sales reports, manage CRM tasks and customers

**Requirements:**

* **Must have prior New and Pre-owned auto experience**

* Must be a strong closer and have strong communication skills

* High energy and ambition is a daily requirement

* Strong Negotiation Skills

* Must pass drug test and background check.
