PrideStaff has a great opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist/Office Admin in Escondido, CA
We are searching for a dedicated professional who is a team player with experience in an office setting so is apt at multi-tasking and can transition between tasks efficiently.
This position involves daily accounts receivable processing and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities include :
? Answering phones
? Filing
? Searching and matching purchase orders in customer folders
? Comparing completed work orders to customer proposals and generating invoices
? Sending completed invoices to customers
? Processing Releases
? General administrative support to office
? Office supply management
? Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications include:
? A minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
? A minimum of 3 years' experience with QuickBooks
? Strong Excel user with good computer skills required.
? Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
? Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work within deadlines
? Detail oriented and a strong team player.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
