**Customer Service Specialist**

The Carmelite Sisters came to the Palm Beaches in 1960. Later named the Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Residence, the facility was the first of its kind in the area to provide nursing, long-term and seasonal housing for the elderly, all with the signature type of care that distinguished the order's approach from others. Today, our senior living community offers skilled nursing, short-term rehab, independent living and assisted living apartments.

We are looking for a **Customer Service Specialist - Part-Time; 3p to 9p.**

**Customer Service Specialist Job Summary:**

* Handle a stressful, hectic atmosphere and follow through on duties after numerous interruptions.

* Develop problem solving and decision making skills related to the front desk operation.

* Route incoming mail and packages to appropriate mailbox, community or Department, manages postage meter.

* Maintain telecommunication system for console operation and paging system.

* Monitor assigned entrance and advise visitors and employees to use main entrance.

* Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

* Maintain security procedures; monitoring logbook; security screens, emergency notifications, /communication, alarms, parking, accounting for visitors.

* Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance

**Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:**

* **Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.**

* Excellent telephone operations skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

* Excellent organizational skills

* Ability to multi-task

* Employee will be required to work weekends, holidays, and facility operational emergency periods.
