Job DescriptionSoftware Release Analyst
TheSoftware Release Analyst is responsible for organizing and overseeing theprocess for introducing and maintaining the release of software into the QA andproduction environments to ensure an efficient workflow. Work closelywith the DevOps team to develop automation tools and formal procedures andaudit controls. Work with application developers and othercross-functional teams to ensure that ITS supported-software products meetquality standards and compliance requirements and are aligned with BostonCollege security and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)standards as well as industry best practices. This individual also works withIT management to improve the software engineering processes and practicesassociated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software andenvironments.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $76,950 to $96,200; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
RequirementsBachelor’sdegree or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of four years ofhands-on experience with release management of complex software systems.
