Staff Accountant | $33-40/hr | North County, San Diego | Contract to Hire
One of San Diego's most established retail companies is looking for a well-versed Senior Accountant to join their lean accounting team. You'll be working closely with the Assistant Controller to prepare audit schedules, reconcile the balance sheet, prepare the cash flow statements, and complete other year-end accounting activities. Who You Are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• 4 year of GL accounting and financial reporting experience
• Recent experience with AS400 preferred

What You'll Do:

• Prepare balance sheets, P/L statements, and other financial statements
• Assist with month end, general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Assist and maintain accurate and current cost accounting records
