Shift : Mid / 11:30a-10p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week, M, Tu, W, Fri

Length : 13 weeks

Call: 1 weekend shift a month

Requirements:

• KY License
• 2 years experience
• Surgery C-arm & Portable proficiency
• BLS
• ARRT
• O-arm experience & Fluoro experience preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: Cerner & McKesson
• Requires all candidates to have the FLU vaccine no exceptions
• Candidate must be 50 miles from facility to be considered
