Join our team at Mariani Enterprises, LLC as a full-time Construction Supervisor based in Libertyville, IL. The Construction Supervisor will oversee landscaping crews to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures, provide training, supervise crew activities, and address job site issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work standards
- Supervise Crew Leader and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Oversee the implementation of construction contracts to company standards and specifications
- Lead safety and training meetings for the crew
- Track job progress, coordinate labor, machinery, and materials
- Provide training on techniques, equipment operation, and pest control
- Supervise daily activities and performance of construction crews
- Address problems and concerns on job sites
- Maintain accurate records of crew members and jobsite locations
- Review time records and assist with performance reviews for Crew Leaders and Crew Members.
- Coordinate with other colleagues for job scheduling
- Assist in snow removal operations
- Communicate with the Design Directors and Project Managers and offer technical assistance and problem resolution.
- Complete appropriate paperwork in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of all paperwork, including time-off requests, Injury Reports, Personnel Action Memos, Corrective Actions, and other necessary information.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Mariani initiatives
- Assist in training new team members
- Collaborate with team members on assignments
- Identify areas for process improvements and service enhancements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in landscape construction
- Valid CDL license
- Proficiency in operating required machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Valid Certified Landscape Technician license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership and direction abilities
- Attention to detail and quality results
- Familiarity with general computer functions and Microsoft Office programs
- Accountability for timely completion of work
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work volumes
- Proficiency in company production software (WORKDAY/ASPIRE)

Working Conditions:
Work requires intermittent physical activity including standing, reaching, and sitting. Physical requirements may also include lifting, bending, walking, and pushing on an occasional basis. This position works outdoors in various whether conditions, including heavy snow and ice. This position has exposure to chemicals and solvents, and possible fumes, requiring protective equipment to be worn. Work requires driving a car to various job locations. Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to client needs and deadlines.
