Job Description:

Responsible for all quality assurance and independent verification and validation (IV&V) documentation required on a large Enterprise Cross Domain Service (ECDS) system.
Ensure compliance with recognized standards and practices.
Review all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness
Assist personnel as a witness to testing requirements.
Present IV&V results and assist in troubleshooting technical problems.
Make recommendations for improvement in overall quality.
Review requirements against solution releases and certify readiness for delivery
Ensure that deliverables have met all quality requirements.
Active TS/SCI, CI Polygraph.
Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or University with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Experience may be used, in lieu of degree.
Minimum of five (4) years of experience in systems and software quality control and testing.
Experience developing automation and statistics modeling preferred.
Work independently and collaboratively on complex projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
