TapHere is seeking a career and customer oriented Technical Support Analyst II in Belcamp, MD.
Clearance: TS/SCI
- Responsible for developing and tracking several acquisition documents (GFI, Design Decision Memos, CDRLs).
- Assist in developing briefs, strategic messaging, and coordinated schedules across the Program Office.
- Assist in sharing of information, document configuration control, and tracking execution across a variety of working groups.
- Support installation, test and evaluation, top-level requirements, and risk analysis-working groups, and assists in providing deliverables associated with those working groups.
- Provide additional technical support through technical writing and editing, test and evaluation report development, and technical support in support of overall TITUS technical activities.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in STEM or Business field.
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- Technical writing experience.
- Current TS/SCI
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other equivalent project management applications/tools.
