Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Windows systems running on 2012/2016/2019.
• Troubleshooting, patching, backing up/restoring of VMs, and deploying new VMs.
• Patching servers monthly or on a needed basis for vulnerabilities.
• Resolve daily issues on Windows servers and escalate if assistance is required.
• Troubleshoot issues on Windows AD and resolve help desk tickets.
• Must be able to work with oversite to execute against a set of requirements.
• Must be available for 24x7 on-call rotation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Should have working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets opened for routine tasks.
• Identify backup failures of VMs and work with the Backup admin to resolve the issues.
• Manage file mounts, monitor space usage, and increase as appropriate.
• Reset passwords, create accounts, and assign permission.
