Your responsibilities as a Substitute Coach will include contributing to student plans, coaching and providing feedback, building relationships with students, and facilitating social interactions and extracurricular activities. We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field and experience working in higher education and with diverse learners. You should also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
