The Production Operations Associate is responsible for style master across multiple platforms and issuing production purchase orders to deliver on-time for products to meet sales demand across all business units. The incumbent will partner with cross-functional teams to align the flow of production to support inventory strategies and capacity challenges.
Position Overview:

• Responsible for seasonal item setup and maintenance in style master to include pricing, season codes, hierarchy, fabric content, HTS codes, etc.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
• Verify and update data by comparing it to source documents.
• Keep production POs up to date - inclusive of quantity change, delivery date change, cancellations, additions, etc.
• Work with cross-functional partners on capacity issues to manage flow of purchase orders.
• Determine and inform customer service, Allocations, Wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce on styles that are dropped or delayed by delivery and season.
• Assist with other duties and projects as required to help support the overall business.
• Continually strive to improve process efficiency and streamline the flow of information.
• Flexible for other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong math skills.

• Excellent MS Excel skills.

• Knowledge of the apparel production processes, lead-times, garment construction desired.

• Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on all areas of responsibility.

• Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

• Excellent time management skills

• Communicates clearly and effectively - reflecting an appropriate sense of urgency when relevant.

Rate of Pay - $22.00 to $27.00
