Job Description
Big Time Restaurant Group is looking for a manager in West Palm Beach, FL to join restaurant! If you are passionate and enjoy providing excellent guest service, then come work for us! We are looking for candidates with open availability, has 2 years experience in management in high volume and fine dining. Pay $55,000 . We offer: Benefits, PTO, Dining Discounts, and 401K.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House operations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring and onboarding all new staff
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Qualifications:
- 2 years in a management role in the restaurant industry
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Experience with working shifts 11-12 hours
- Wine Knowledge a Plus
