Receptionist

Spring Harbor Hospital (SHH), part of Maine Behavioral Healthcare and the MaineHealth system, is southern Maine's only private psychiatric treatment and recovery center. Located on 50 private acres, SHH offers inpatient programs for youth and adults dealing with mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders, including substance use disorder. Our partnership with Maine Medical Center enables us to provide comprehensive psychiatric treatment, physician training, and medical research. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, seamless care through a collaborative community, promoting recovery and overall well-being.

Position Highlights:

• Base hourly rate: $18.40
• Full Time, schedule 6 am - 2:30 pm

What the Role Entails:

Join our team as a receptionist and be the key facilitator of seamless communication across our continuum of care services. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth interactions both within our organization and with external partners, making a meaningful impact on the quality of care we provide.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) - "What you will need":

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: 1 year of reception administrative support and/or customer service experience required.
