This is a scheduling and support position in a busy and dynamic educational conference building. Customer service, communication and organizational skills are essential. A background in the hospitality industry is preferred. This position requires you to be onsite at the Dana Health Education Center.
Schedule: 30 hours per week, 5 days a week.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred. Demonstrated experience with all Microsoft Office suite products.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills.
