Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to multiple automotive shops within the region.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor shop managers and staff to maintain a high-performing team.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
