DLL is Hiring a CRM Scrum Master Near Wayne, PA

Job Title/Short Summary

In this position, your role as a Scrum Master will require you to be a strategic partner and thought leader for an organization transitioning to Agile Delivery methodologies. We are looking for someone with a passion for Agile, loads of good energy and someone who will focus on change. You will work for a global solution in the IT CCO Delivery Team (CRM, Salesforce), and have the responsibility of supporting multiple global scrum teams.

Other major parts of the role are facilitating the scrum ceremonies. This includes making sure the team is working smoothly and every team member has the tools to get their work done efficiently. The scrum master will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, and work closely with a product owner to perform sprint planning and backlog refinement. The scrum master must understand the priority set by the product owner, and execute the backlog as wished, making sure that deliverables are on time with production quality. The scrum master requires commitment to building a strong collaborative environment with the team and the company.

Day to Day

  • Provide coaching and training at the program and team levels in an emerging Agile environment
  • Support the Agile team in becoming self-organizing & self-managing team
  • Help the product owner to organize the backlog
  • Remove impediments / communicate with stakeholders
  • Create high performing teams by driving continuous improvement
  • Facilitate all scrum ceremonies
  • Participates in Agile Release Train(s) (ART), Agile team, Scrum of Scrums
  • Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client
  • Perform in various agile roles, including Scrum Master, where needed for one or multiple global teams
  • Influence at all levels of an organization and help implement recommended changes
  • Prepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and orally regarding progress and status
  • Provide advisory on best practices and process hygiene, agile metrics collection establishment
  • Create an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability, and collaboration
  • Build relationships with other organizational scrum masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
  • Agile Coach Responsibilities
  • Educate and support members / teams on SAFe Agile principles, processes, roles, ceremonies, etc.
  • Embody and share the Agile principles
  • Inspire and coach members / teams regarding personal / team development
  • Provide members / teams with feedback and means of improvement on SAFe Agile practices

Essentials


Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical or Business subjects
  • Professional Agile Coach with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • Professional Scrum master certification and certified SAFe 4.6 or higher
  • 3-5yrs Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment. Salesforce Experience is a bonus!
  • Coaching skills
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution well, facilitating discussion and alternatives of different approaches
  • Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
  • Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and coach multiple teams on different level of Agile adaptation

Applicable Pay Range

$106,773.23 - $160,159.84

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
