Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential and commercial settings. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating clean and organized spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, including high-touch areas
- Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Deep Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers (and at times interior cabinetry)
- Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and floors (unless additional tasks are provided)
- Launder and change bed linens (per request)
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques for efficient cleaning processes
- Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment is desired
- Familiarity with floor care techniques for different types of flooring surfaces
- Basic cooking skills may be required for occasional meal preparation
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards is an advantage
