Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex electromechanical components and systems. The Assembly Technician will closely collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest level of quality. Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently and accurately assemble electromechanical components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
2. Test and troubleshoot assembled components and systems to identify any defects or issues.
3. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and various measuring instruments to perform assembly tasks.
4. Ensure that all assembled products comply with quality standards and specifications.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
6. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to offer valuable feedback on product designs, quality improvements, and manufacturing processes.
7. Report any issues or concerns regarding components, tools, or equipment to supervisors.

10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields are preferred.
2. Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform intricate assembly tasks accurately.
4. Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
5. Understanding of blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
6. Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components, including soldering and wiring techniques.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
8. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision.
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
