Brightline Jobs is Hiring a Database Marketing Campaign Specialist Near Miami, FL

Brightline provides a unique and exciting opportunity to revolutionize travel in a way that is keenly focused on hospitality and guest service. We currently operate between Miami and Orlando - one of the most heavily traveled and congested regions in the United States - and we intend to further expand our rail service to Tampa, Florida, with additional stops proposed along the way.

Our passenger rail system offers a travel option that is faster, safer, more eco-friendly, more reliable, less expensive, more productive, and more enjoyable than travel by car or air. We can operate up to 32 trains daily that are capable of speeds of up to 125 miles per hour, and we own stations located in the heart of downtown cities and major transit hubs in Florida. 

Your Purpose: 

As a key contributing member of the Brand Marketing team, the Database Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that leverage our database to drive acquisition, revenue, engagement, and retention. To be successful here, you must have experience with both strategic and tactical campaign execution using Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Your role: 

  • Campaign Strategy Execution: Develop and deploy comprehensive database marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience segments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Database Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our marketing database, ensuring data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). 
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize Adobe tools and advanced segmentation techniques to identify and target specific audience segments with personalized and relevant messaging. 
  • Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of database marketing campaigns in email, SMS and push notifications, including campaign planning and setup, scheduling, deployment, and performance monitoring. 
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Testing and Optimization: Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, messaging, creative assets, and timing. 
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with marketing, digital, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of database marketing campaigns with other channels, such as website, social media, and digital advertising.

You: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in database marketing, Adobe tools, and related areas to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Must have proficiency & prior experience tactically executing campaigns via Adobe Journey Optimizer.  
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of CRM, audience building, segmentation experience in a B2C or B2B2C environment. 
  • Possess strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing techniques. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership skills to guide and influence stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated agility in responding to changing market conditions and business needs. 
  • A proactive mindset fueled with innovative ideas to drive the scale-up of our email marketing efforts.
  • Are able to work at our corporate headquarters onsite in Downtown Miami 3-days per week.
