We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team and lead our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager must be a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations and personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

Store management experience not required, but previous supervisory experience is highly recommended.
