MAD Stats Logistics is a delivery service partner for Amazon. We drive Amazon branded vans loaded with the newest technology and deliver smiles all day, every day.

We are hiring multiple full time Delivery Driver- Team Lead positions delivering Amazon Packages! Our approximate hours for this position are 10:00 am - 9:00 pm. This is subject to change based on Amazon's needs (10-hour shifts, 4 days, 40 hours). At least one weekend day will be required.

The day starts and ends at the DLT8 Amazon warehouse in Charlotte, NC (9817 Old Statesville Rd)

Compensation - Starting at $18.50-$20.00 per hour, and weekly bonus based on performance safety bonus, plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• This position will be around 40-50 hours per week (Eligible for OT)
• This is a leadership position that requires completing daily reports and being responsible/accountable for your driver team
• You are responsible for coaching your drivers on areas that need improvement and will be held accountable for that improvement
• You will delivery Amazon packages 1-2 days per week and work in the office as a dispatcher the remaining days
• The Delivery Driver- Team Lead role is closely monitoring the drivers, you must actively be engaged and on top of all drivers routes and issues and be ready to resolve
• You will be calling drivers when they receive safety alerts, completing forms, ensuring drivers deliver all packages and opening/closing duties

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driving: 2 years (Preferred)
