• Regional Sales Manager Role : As the Regional Sales Manager for the retail division, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the Midwest territory, encompassing states such as Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Missouri.

• Territory Coverage : Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding sales activities within the designated territory, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

• Inherited Book of Business : This role offers a unique advantage as you will inherit a pre-established book of business within the territory. This provides a solid foundation to build upon and allows for immediate engagement with existing clients.

Profile

• Individual who has track record of success in packaging sales
• Ability to bring custom retail solutions to the market
• Hunter profile - ability to prospect, qualify and bring in new business
• Experience and knowledge of Midwest CPG industry
• Thermoforming experience ideal but open to similar types of plastic packaging
• Experience using CRM
• Ideally located somewhere within the territory with quick access to airport for travel

Job Offer

110k base plus commision
