This full-time position offers an hourly rate plus uncapped commissions based on personal sales, paid weekly, along with a host of exciting perks and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Work the sales floor, approaching customers, and providing assistance as needed.
• Execute brand knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed personal sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Enthusiasm for learning and executing brand knowledge to drive sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
