Job Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your role extends beyond ensuring product quality; you meticulously develop and implement quality standards, ensuring products meet rigorous specifications and industry regulations. Your vigilance in enforcing quality protocols guarantees consistency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, product management and production, to identify and mitigate quality risks
• Audit production processes, raw materials or suppliers/vendors to ensure that established quality standards are met
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities or other quality failures
• May be responsible for ensuring compliance with formal external quality standards, such as ISO 9001
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Thorough understanding of industry protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Typically requires accreditation from a technical school or skilled trades program, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
