In our field of service our technicians install and service the equipment associated with commercial/residential doors and docks. As M.A.C. is committed to best practices regarding our relationships we continue to raise the bar on what great service looks like.

What to Expect:

• Perform new installs and service on doors and dock equipment.
• Install and service electrical and hydraulic equipment to meet manufactures standards.
• Fabricate brackets and mounts using welders and power tools.
• Weld onsite to repair docks, levelers, bumpers, rolling and sectional doors, and secure brackets to mounting posts.
• Ensure a safe environment by monitoring the dock area and cleaning debris, tools, and equipment from the job site.
• Maintain a service truck, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
• Utilize tech support for troubleshooting equipment.
• Thoroughly document all work performed and make recommendations for repairs.
