At M. Coast, we successfully analyze, adapt, and improve marketing and sales solutions for our clients. Many of our current clients are long-term partners, trusting us to understand the local market and communications industry to provide them with the engagement and results they seek. 
We need a Marketing Assistant to join their team full-time. The primary responsibilities of this role include leading the division, managing and supervising all aspects of a community outreach program and the client relationship, and growing the agency with new business. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in communications and the ability to think one step ahead of clients to exceed their needs.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: 

• Manage the execution of marketing programs as well as assume direct responsibility for the quality of work
• Expedite sales by providing knowledgeable insight and service solutions regarding the client's products, industry standards, benefits, and discounts
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and account team
• Anticipate clients' strategic needs, both long and short-term
• Plan and run strategic client meetings
• Consistently offer value and add counsel
• Function as the main contact for client representatives and customer accounts
• Retain and develop current accounts to increase revenue
• Support sales and marketing teams in their daily activities, provide structure and instruction for balancing their workloads
• Motivate, mentor, and guide entry-level team members, including fellow Marketing Assistants

Qualifications of our next Marketing Assistant: 

• Prior customer service, marketing, coordination, or sales experience
• BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Detail-oriented and results-oriented
• Friendly and professional demeanor, both within the office and when conversing with customers
• Willing to learn and implement entry-level training in all client-related topics
• Reliability in time management and communication to ensure all daily and weekly duties are completed
• Ability to adjust to and accommodate new marketing and sales trends, business developments, and client expectations
