Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team! As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect car to suit their needs. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will work closely with them to understand their requirements and provide expert advice.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and establishing trust.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, asking probing questions to understand their requirements.
• Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
