Job duties:
· Works with Sales Team on the coordination of events once contracted, including key client pre-event meetings
· Execute pre-event requirements and ensure all are fulfilled for successful events
· Ensures seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering a high level of service.
· Manages, evaluates and troubleshoots events effectively; recommending and implementing adjustments to reduce park expenses and increase event revenue while maintaining high levels of guest experience satisfaction.
· Collaborates and provides recommendations, monitor the parks event workflow for all operational departments including Food and Beverage, Park Operations and Sales partners to ensure successful events.
· Conducts physical inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure accurate event setup and safety for patrons.
· Responsible for hanging and repair signs both inside and outside of both parks.
· Work with the Group Sales team in coordination of all onsite activation, signage placement, reports, compliance photos, client visits, film, television and photo shoots.
· Maintain all signs and sign frames to keep them clean and free of debris, defects, and water spots.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Must have the ability to lift 50lbs multiple times throughout the day.
· Must be able to work outside with basic hand tools.
· Must have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Out of the box, creative thinker with an enthusiastic attitude.
· Ability to work in fast pace, ever changing team environment.
· Must be well organized with excellent time management skills.
· Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
· Must be people friendly.
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
