Job Summary:

We’re looking for a data entry specialist who has exceptional detail orientation and analytical skill to join our TPA Drug and Alcohol Testing Results team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in data entry and performing administrative tasks. Because of the collaborative nature of this role, the data entry clerk should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We’re seeking a focused professional who can handle any situation and provide high-quality results with a quick turnaround. Join our team and make a difference where it truly matters.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support the DAT team by entering data, maintaining testing records, confirming that services are completed, and scheduling services
• Retrieve data from electronic files, data entry, verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Review data for errors, make corrections, research information needed for completing documents, and check outputs with minimal oversight
• Maintain polite and professional communication via email, Slack and phone

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in data entry
• Fast and accurate typing ability
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, uploading and online forms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $22 - 24/hour based on experience

Work Location:

Hybrid remote: you are able to commute to our Oakdale, Minnesota office regularly for in-person meetings, training sessions, or team-building events.
