**We do hire new grads - but you must be Active and in good standing on the Iowa CNA Registry and have completed/passed all testing.
CNAs are responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents as directed by the unit charge nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or designee. CNAs will be responsible to help residents with personal hygiene, assisting with dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding, and giving baths/showers. CNAs are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to the unit charge nurse.

Requirements
Experience/Educational Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent - also must speak, read, write and comprehend English fluently
•Satisfactory completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant course required
•CNA certificate required
•Valid and current on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry through the Department of Inspection and Appeals
