Position Requirements:

• Full-time: Our offices are open Mon-Fri but we'd be open to someone 3 or 4 days/week (Fridays are optional)
• Will be traveling within a 30mile radius from Tulsa
• Local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Permit required
