Job Purpose:

Responsible for completion and oversight of all financial areas related to manufacturing financial performance measurement & inventory cost accuracy for assigned segments within the boarder organization. This office based role is located in Claremore, Oklahoma. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Weekly & monthly measurement of financial results for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing operations to improve performance on standard financial manufacturing matrices.
• Production order variance reviews & rout cause analysis.
• Oversee all financial processes related to inventory across assigned Lufkin business segments.
• Analyze, manage, and review monthly and quarterly slow-moving inventory calculations.
• Reconcile and or coordinate monthly reconciliation for all inventory related accounts and provide an overview and explanation of inventory adjustments
• Coordinate with operations to make sure that policies and procedures regarding inventory & manufacturing processes are followed
• Coordination and oversight of annual standard cost rolls
• Prepare and/or compile all 3rd party audit details and required documentation related to inventory
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports, which include key metrics related to inventory & manufacturing such as productivity, efficiency, utilization.
• Monitoring of cycle count program
• Assist with physical inventories as required
• Coordinate with 3rd party auditors for required physical inventory count observances
• Other duties as required

Required Education & Preferred Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in JD Edwards ERP system
• Minimum 2 years of Cost Accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and power point
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
