This requires an experienced professional with a background in software quality assurance and system validation. Ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with determination. Candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.The Role:Develop and implement robust methodologies for quantifying ADAS feature performanceUtilize customer-driven insights to continuously enhance and optimize ADAS functionalities for an exceptional user experienceOrganize and conduct customer clinics, gathering valuable feedback and insights regarding user experiences for collaborative improvement in ADAS featuresStay updated on ADAS/AD trends, and conduct comprehensive benchmarking against competitors for innovative offeringsWork closely with cross-functional teams to establish clear performance requirements and KPIs aligned with customer expectations and industry standardsTake ownership of the validation process to guarantee the reliability and safety of ADAS featuresProvide the final sign-off before releasing ADAS technologies to customersCreate & amend test cases for software validation across ECUs, focusing on ADAS/AD at the vehicle system levelWork collaboratively to identify risks and opportunities for product integrity and user experienceDrive a validation of high-quality, high-performance, and product-ready softwareOwn and Validate the System feature level end-to-end testing on the vehicleDesign, maintain, and execute tests including functional, system integration, regression, performanceAlign and support SQA processes and activities within functional areas such as System, Hardware and SafetyMentor and guide junior team membersQualifications:4 years of leading/owning the system validation of ADAS/AD features5 years of Automotive testing experience5 years with hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases supporting the validation of large-scale programs & products2 years of automation experience in automating application testing and/or tool developmentExperience with Bluetooth, MATLAB, Vector toolsIn-depth knowledge of ADAS technologies and industry benchmarksPreferred:Experience with languages like Python, C, C Familiarity with automotive regulations and functional safety standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)Proficiency in working with Oxford RT3000 or similar data acquisition toolsEducation:Bachelor or Masters in the areas of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldsSalary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
