We are hiring a full-time HVAC/maintenance technician with solid experience in apartment maintenance and HVAC for a large multifamily community.
The best candidates will have experience performing maintenance duties in an apartment setting.
Position responsibilities include but not limited to:

• HVAC work (troubleshooting and repair), fixing electrical problems
• drywall work, carpentry, painting, plumbing (fixing water leaks, replacing faucets, etc), replacing tiles
• appliance repairs (stoves, refrigerators, etc)
• ability to be on call for emergencies on a rotating basis, capable of prioritizing & working independently
• cleaning grounds, able to do snow removal when needed by shovel and/or blower
• maintain a professional image.

The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude with skills in a variety of construction trades. The candidate must also have a valid driver's license, personal and reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check.
