Facility Assistant I - Beech Woods Driving Range
Location: Beech Road
Schedule: Up to 40 hours weekly, April - November
Pay Range: $11.00-$15.00 per hour
Facility Assistant II- Beech Woods Recreation Center
Location: Beech Road
Schedule: Part-Time, not more than 19 hours a week- Evenings & Some Weekends
Pay Range: $11.00-$18.00 per hour
Representative Job Duties
Facility Assistant I - Beech Woods Driving Range

• Safely operate equipment including picker machine and ball dispenser
• Clean and stock range balls, baskets, crates, etc.
• Supervise range patrons to ensure that rules and regulations are followed
• Minor custodial work when needed
• Open and close facility, including outdoor bathrooms, doors, lights, and set alarms
• Handle customer questions and concerns with communication from Facility Supervisor
• Perform other duties as needed

Facility Assistant II- Beech Woods Recreation Center

• Oversee room rentals; set-up rooms as specified by renter, trouble shoot different scenarios that may arise, breakdown and pickup after use of the rooms.
• Follow daily building schedule. •Supervise activities in absence of Facility Supervisor
• Minor custodial work when needed, cleaning Wellness Center, locker rooms, lobby, stands and gym floor. •Open and close facility, including doors, lights, alarms, and safe.
• Perform other duties as needed.

•Good organizational and verbal communication skills
•Work flexible hours primarily nights and weekends
Facility Assistant II- Beech Woods Recreation Center

• Must be able to work well with the public and be customer friendly.
• Good organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years old or high school graduate
