Description

Licensed Program Supervisor- School Based Mental Health Services

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Licensed Program Supervisor to join our School-Linked Mental Health Services team. School-based mental health services reach children in everyday environments. The natural, non-stigmatizing location offers an early and effective environment for intervention. This position is responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision work in the coordination of program services, quality assurance, selection, and training of assigned staff. This role will also provide direct client care as outlined by program needs which include developing therapeutic alliances, conducting diagnostic and comprehensive assessments, and providing clinical supervision as needed.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Opportunity for hybrid/remote work. Expectation to attend agency and program meetings as scheduled on-site/in-person and to provide weekly to biweekly individual supervision at school sites, with other work hours being able to be completed remotely or at office locations.

* Serve as the back up to the clinical supervisor in reviewing and signing off on all assessments and treatment plans, indicating that they are done accurately and reflect the medical necessity of services.

* Supervise the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered.
