JOB DUTIES

• Attend 80% of LEAF monthly meetings; attend and lead sub-committee meetings; workdays and retreats.
• Participate in up to 15 Administrative Reviews a month:
• Take notes during each review and send to the AR Coordinator
• Offer suggestions and/or resources to the young adult when needed
• Follow-up with youth to provide support regarding resources when needed
• Provide feedback when needed during review
• Meet with the Youth Ambassador a minimum of quarterly.
• Meet with the DCFS Program Monitor quarterly.
• Be allowed to participate on workgroups, policy reviews, etc. as requested by DCFS.
• Be supported in completing bi-annual surveys conducted by DCFS regarding their role, the IL program, and DCFS program development.
• Meet twice a year with other peer support staff and DCFS to determine program needs and plans.
• Bring ideas, concerns, and progress reports from regional youth input that they have obtained. 
• Plan and lead with support youth engagement activities once a quarter.
