Local's Favorite French style cafe is seeking full time and part time baristas / Cashiers. Looking for multiple new team members. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning our coffee and pastry menu to make recommendations to our guests
• Greeting our guest as they come in making them feel welcome
• Preparing beverages following our recipes
• Learning how our espresso machine works, having the ability to properly steam milk
• Running food and drinks when they are ready to go out to guests
• Learning our registers and having good customer service skills
• Being able to upsell
• Be a good team player and help everyone in the operation
• Ability to multitask
• Keep cafe clean and organized
• Follow daily side work
• Ultimately you will endure all of our guest feel welcomed and receive an excellent drinking and dining experience

Skills Include:

• EXCEPTIONAL TEAMWORK SKILLS
• Communication skills
• Spanish and French speakers is a bonus
• Be able to lift 30 lb
• Standing and walking for long hours
• Quick fast paced learner
• Must be able to work week days

Pay: $11.25 - $17.00 per hour
