We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and completing heavy civil construction, DOT, and grading & excavation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion
• Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• 10 years of experience in heavy civil / DOT / grading & excavation construction projects
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other construction software
