ResponsibilitiesThe Real Estate & Leasing Associate plays a crucial role in supporting all leasing and legal documentation processes, as well as assisting the Director of Real Estate with growth strategy initiatives, including assessing prospective markets.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Real Estate to implement growth strategies and identify real estate opportunities.
• Evaluate potential markets and assist in expanding our portfolio.
• Facilitate communication with developers and brokerage partners to assess potential sites.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the Real Estate Committee and other stakeholders.
• Manage critical documents related to leases, agreements, and construction projects.
• Utilize data insights to develop advanced visualization tools and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience Requirements And Preferences

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, particularly with commercial leases.
