In this role, you will be responsible for directing all gaming functions for your poker game. This may include shuffling and dealing cards, distributing chips, playing hands, determining winners, and reporting any irresponsible or suspicious gaming behavior.

A successful table games dealer has a friendly and professional demeanor, exceptional mathematical skills, and a flexible schedule. An experienced dealer conducts each game with speed and precision.

Compensation: $4.50/HR- $5.00/HR plus tips

Earning potential: hourly GITCA tip rate of mid $50,000 for full-time hours.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Providing exemplary customer service while engaging with guests in a professional demeanor.
• Dealing various games of poker, including but not limited to Texas Holdem, Omaha, Stud and Draw.
• Dealing various limits, including No Limit, Limit, Spread Limit, and Pot Limit.
• Controlling gaming cards and equipment.
• Protect company assets by monitoring guests movements at table at all times.
• Analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variation in play.
• Engaging with guests.
• Paying wins/Taking losses.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one (1) year of experience as a casino dealer OR certification from an accredited dealer school.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
