The Events & Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, producing, and overseeing the execution of internal Team Member events and celebrations for Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Plan Team Member engagement calendar.
• Produce Team Member events/activities that align with planned calendar.
• Manage event budget.
• Update and maintain TM BOH displays and signage.
• Work with HR to execute events that align with TM benefits.
• Submit and process invoices.
• Order/maintain dcor and giveaway inventory.
• Flexibility to manage different Team Member shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position.

• Ability to stand 50% of the time.
• Ability to sit 50% of the time.
