Position Profile

Weaver is looking for a Tax Manager or Senior Manager with Technology industry experience to join our growing firm. This Tax Manager or Senior Manager provides federal tax compliance and planning services to Weaver's Technology clients. A Technology Tax Manager or Senior Manager will develop advanced knowledge in this niche, while training and mentoring other staff members in this area.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• CPA with 5 years of experience in public accounting
• A thorough understanding of individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp returns, research and general business planning knowledge
• Technical expertise in tax planning and execution for Technology clients
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills
• Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
