Little, nationally recognized as a "Best Firm to Work For" and one of the nation's most progressive design firms, is seeking a strong Project Architect for our growing Community Studio in our Charlotte, NC office.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious and creative Project Architect who is passionate about great design, one looking to significantly enhance the well-being of our clients, the performance of their buildings and advancement of industry practices. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit with a proclivity for thoughtful design and pursues our brand promise Results Beyond Architecture.

  • You are interested in materials, with a strong network of vendors, suppliers and technical experts to aggressively implement the best practices within architecture.
  • An organized and thorough individual, who understand our iterative process.

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
  • 6 years of experience of experience in the architecture & design industry;
  • Architectural registration;
  • Strong production skills in Revit, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam; and
  • LEED accreditation or WELL building certification a plus.
