ListingNaples, a top producing real estate team in Naples, Florida, is seeking a Full Time REALTOR® to join our dynamic and successful team. This is a commission only sales position with the potential to earn $100,000 per year. This role will require an individual who is highly driven, has exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping clients with their real estate needs.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various methods including networking, cold calling, and attending events
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide exceptional service
- Conduct market analyses and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties in the Naples area
- Coordinate and attend property viewings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and transactions on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to support business growth
Requirements:
- A valid REALTOR® license in the state of Florida
- No prior real estate sales experience required!
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using technology and real estate software
- Knowledge of the Naples real estate market
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
