Here's What We're Looking For Join the team at HII Mission Technologies as a NORTHCOM Operations Support Training Analyst 5 (Military Operations Analyst 5) and play a vital role in preparing U.S. forces for combat deployments and contingency operations worldwide. What You Need To Bring 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. * Expertise required in planning, strategy, and policy development at major command level (ie. Service Staff; the Joint Staff, numbered Air Force Command, Naval Fleet etc. with Combatant Command Staff experience preferred).
* Experience required in training, large force exercises, wargames, and operations with proficiency in integration of interagency entities into training scenarios.
* Strategic and Operational level knowledge required in planning homeland defense, operations to counter and deter threats and threat networks, training, exercise deployment and execution, analysis, and sharing of lessons learned.
* Familiarity required with the roles of DoD organizations at the strategic through operational levels of warfighting activities.
