Our team is looking for an analytical, talented and motivated Service Now Engineer to develop, engineer and optimize a new Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE) by leveraging automation capabilities within Service Now. As a Service Now Engineer, you may:
* Design, develop, document, test, and debug the configurations and workflows in Service Now
* Analyze and develop capabilities in alignment with defined user stories and acceptance criteria
* Apply DevOps experience in activities including version control, automated builds, automated testing, and continuous integration
* Integrates solutions within the Platform
* Identifies/develops solutions for software/infrastructure performance deficiencies Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience
* At a minimum, possess a Security CE Certification
* Proficient in the engineering automated workflows leveraging Service Now
* Ability to mentor junior team members in leveraging Service Now capabilities
* Experience with Basic DevOps Tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab)
* Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (AWS, Azure, etc.)
* Experience with containerization
* Clear and Concise Communication (Verbal and Written) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field * Master's Degree with 10 years of experience
* Experience with DevOps Tooling (Sonatype, SonarQube, JUnit)
* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
* Experience with Cloud solution optimization Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
