JOB TITLE: Marketing Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Marketing Director-100% On Site
SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with the director of marketing and business development to implement innovative retention and prospecting marketing campaigns to grow the patient file and lifetime value. This person will be proficient in utilizing data to analyze current marketing strategies along with creating a robust testing plan that will grow each of the company's brands.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
  • Liaise with creative team to produce branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies
  • Work with marketing director to discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers
  • Investigate the performance of retention and prospecting marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and vendors through networking and prospecting
  • Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels
  • Facilitate testing for retention and prospecting marketing
  • Maintains project plans, schedules, and tasks
  • Create and develop personalized and segmented email and SMS programs that build deep patient relationships
  • Develop Email, SMS and loyalty programming strategies that drive patient growth
  • Develop strategic campaign calendars and prioritize projects and initiatives designed to scale our email and SMS programs
  • Create reports and analyze data to develop winning retention and prospecting strategies
  • Develop custom marketing campaigns and advertising strategies
  • Understand the marketing budget for branding and make decisions and propositions based on the knowledge of the budget
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets and leverage them for success when applicable
  • Assist with the marketing strategy of new products
  • Full website supervision (SEO, Projects, Design Layout, and updates)
  • Oversee the installation of Business Signage in existing and future locations
  • Show passion in developing a creative customer journey that drives loyalty and lifetime value
  • Make data-driven decisions and excel at turning analytics into actionable SMS and email strategies that drive patient experience
  • Dedicate time to learning and being on the forefront of trends and best practices in the world of medical marketing
  • Assist and lead in the creation of large-scale marketing campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Computer skills required: Mastery of industry-standards software; CRM; Inventory Software; Microsoft Office Suite.
  • BA or higher in business, journalism, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in retention, Email, SMS, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Loyalty, or Growth Marketing
