Overview:
Arch Clinical Trials is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist with Arch Clinical Trials, you will play a vital role in advancing pharmaceutical research while providing care and treatment to individuals with mental illnesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health conditions
  • Collect and analyze data to develop treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs
  • Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists clinical research coordinators, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of psychology

Skills:

  • Prior experience in clinical research or a related field is preferred but we are willing to train an experienced candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with the following scales or qualified to conduct such scales: IMS, Audio Recording of Free Speech, BARS, CDSS, SAS, SCID-I, PGI-I, RDQ, PSP, EQ-5D-3L, NPRS, CGI-I, CGI-S, CSSRS, RDQ, SQLS-R4, PANSS, SDS, SCoRS, VRFCAT, MCCB, ADAS-Cog, MMSE, ADCS-ADL, CDR, IDSSTM, Clinical Ink Capture 6.6, MINI
  • Strong background in mental health counseling and psychotherapy techniques
  • Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations
  • Experience with working with individuals with severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other such conditions.
  • Knowledge of medical record documentation and HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals struggling with mental health issues.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
